My daughters father was happy as can be. Then he started feeling anxiety and sought the help of a physciatrist. He was then prescribed 20 mg of Lexapro in Aug 2005. Keep in my this is for paranoia and highly depressed individuals. Nov 14th 2005 he was found hanging in the basement from a belt. He told the doctor it was making him feel worse. She insisted he keep taking it to it filly takes in effect. he committed suicide leaving behind our 9 yr old daughter at the time. Can anyone help file a lawsuit. I have heard many cases of suicide from the drug lexapro. My name is may Yilmaz. My number is 407 485 6457

SHE STARTED THIS AFTER TAKING LEXAPRO. FIRST TIME I SAW IT WAS ON CHRISTMAS EVE, CALLED 911 AGAINST HER WILL, THEY FOUND NOTHING IRREGULAR AS IT WOULD PASS. SECOND TIME I SAW IT, NEW YEARS EVE, DID NOT CALL 911 AS SHE HAD GONE IN AND DOCTORS TOLD HER NOTHING FOUND WRONG WITH HEART. IT PASSED. NEXT TIME, SHE HAD MY GIRLS OUT AT MCDONALDS AND HAD TO PULL OVER ON THE WAY HOME DUE TO SEVERE PAINS. SAD TO SAY, THE NEXT TIME I WOULD FIND HER DEAD IN HER BED AS SHE LIVED IN HER TRAILER WHICH WE PULLED TO MY PROPERTY. SHE HAD NOT GOTTEN UP FOR WORK AND WE FOUND HERE THERE AT 6:00 AM...DEATH RULED SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST.

Case Details:
I have taken individually Lexapro, Zoloft, Paxil, Celexa, Seroquel, Effexor, Welbutrin, and Serzone continuously since the birth of my last child 1n 1991. I have short term memory loss and many times feel in a fog and unable to concentrate. In 2009, I ran a stop sign comletely unbeknown to me until I was pulled over by law enforcement. I felt like I was driving while sleeping although I seemed to be fully awake. It was an act of God that I was not involved in an accident from this incident and I NEVER did see the stop light! I was taking Lexapro at the time. I was fired from my job in 2004 after "inappropriate behavior". I quit a job with the postal service in 2007 due to inability to focus well enough to perform my duties. In 2007, I was stopped by law enforcement due to no seatbelt. I did have it on but had it under my arm. While the officer was writing me a ticket, I "inappropriately" told him off. This citation ended up costing me close to $1000. I believe all of this inappropriate behavior is directly linked to the medications. While I feel I need them for the depression, I have been unable to keep a job for any extended period, and I battle the inappropriate behavior on a regular basis.

Case Details:
I would not have used Lexapro if I had known the side effects. I have taken it for the past 8.5 years. Have experience short-term memory loss, constant and ongoing lethargy. Have been trying to taper off for the past 3 months and having a difficult time due to extremely uncomfortable brain and body parasthesia. Paresthesia is sudden and instant and as half-life continues to expire becomes more intense and sometimes painful. Need help. Thanks
