Case Details:
I am a Deaf person who needs access to closed caption. Currently, the FCC mandates that analog broadcasting is required to provide closed captioning and any TV more than 13" is required to have closed captioning device in them.

Due to new technology as the likes of digital media, for example, movie download, TV shows download through Apple iTunes or any content providers such as CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, etc do not provide closed captioning on their website.

I would like to see a class action lawsuit that paves the way to require digital media that can be downloaded and watched on a computer or TV to be closed caption enforced.

Case Details:
We would want closed captions for EVERY shows/movies, medias, emergency broadcast, and many others. Since we're unable to hear, we're unable to understand the contents of the shows, medias, emergency broadcasts esp weather warnings. Even on some download on internet have small videos, no subtitles or captions - we're lost many times and unable to understand the main reasons.

As FCC enforces that ALL shows broadcasts will be captioned, as we already seen some shows that are not captioned.

We would like this to go further and make sure all medias, LIVE broadcasts, emergency/weather broadcasts, TV/movies shows to be captioned at all times.
