Case Summary: This case can be proved by testimony from the above people along with their research results and lab reports. Environmental data will show that aluminum and barium have gone up in the environment. Alzheimer's has gone up by 4x and aluminum has increased by 4x. Environmental toxic substances data will support chemtrail lab reports and data. Outreach to coroner's should also support the data. There are literally millions of photographs, videos, and eye witness accounts. Contrails disipate; chemtrails drip and spread to become fake cloud cover. There are mentions of aerial releases of easily ionized, heavy metals and barium clouds for plasma generation and for the visualization of Alfven waves in military literature. It is apparent from reading the patents originating from Bernard Eastlund that a host of atmospheric, military and intelligence programs are afoot -- many of them detrimental to people, animals, and the environment. Case Detail: This a public interest lawsuit started by ExoticWarfare.org a program of the International Humanities Center which is a tax-exempt, public charity under the IRS code. With the recent U.N. lawsuit filed by German meterologists against the German Army to stop the chemtrails in Germany, it is time for Americans to put a stop to this in our own country. The Air Force in their document, "Air Force 2025: Owning the Weather," have a timeline, spray chart that states nanotechnology will be sprayed until the year 2025. If this document is only a study and not a program plan, why are there charts in there that tell what will be sprayed and during which years?
