Case Summary:
My son was incarcerated in a NYS Shock Incarceration Facility for the past 6months prior to that he was on probation from 2005-2008 therefore he was in "the system" so to speak. Upon release from prison he was immediately arrested on charges and 3 warrants pending from an alleged 2006 incident....which is a CLEAR violation of his due process of law rights. He is an African American male with a court appointed attorney who refuses to argue theses points for him and he risks going to jail and losing his youthful offender status. The plea agreement he entered prior to going to shock was to cover "ALL CHARGES" from 2005-2008 thus PROVING the violation of my black sons civil rights! As well the misdemeanor of the 3 charges is past the Statute of Limitations for prosecution...

Case Detail:
My son is a black male whose civil rights are being violated! This is 2008, it's an election year...he has a court appointed attorney who refuses to argue this case for him and should ask to be dismissed from his case so that he may have another attorney who will fight for his rights with due diligence. I am hoping someone will pick this up, he is due to appear in court on November 3, 2008

during my son's probation violation hearing in 2010 the judge gave coustody of my son to his grandmother"unexpectedly"! i have never been found unfit and actually won my appeal coustody was reversed and remanded) on Feb. 17 2011,after a year of fighting! The judge however STILL refuses to return my son to me and our final court date the judge scedualed is on my son's 18th. birthday September22! I have found out that grandmother's sister inlaw is friends with the judge(grandmother was talking around my 15 yr old daughter and told her not to tell,but she told me anyway) and sisterinlaw is helping grandmother to keep my son! judge denighed evedance i had in court, that my son is using drugs while at grandmother's (he took pictures of himself and i have them) the judge treats me, as i did something wrong! as a matter of fact...the chief probation office (who is also friends whith grandma's sister inlaw and worked w/her) accused me of manipulating the system,cuz i appealed(i have it on voice recording) i have lost (as of today)over 17 months of my son's life for no reason!!!! sorry, i'm not a good speller...i hope you understand it all!!

I was falsely arrested and charged and I had to pay a $500 bond to get out. Then the charges where dropped, but I'm still out omy money and now I have the shame of being treated like dirty dog or worst and the police act like it was no big deal. They took my money for a tainted stale bologna sandwich and a old apple and I forgot whatelse they took my money for but when I went in I had $85 and when I got out the nexy day they only gave me $65 back
