The owner of Don's Better Bail Bonds in scottsdale arizona , well known for bonding anyone for a price . But who all most never returns the colateral. Needs to be sued by all the people he has shafted in a class action .This man Donald Demarest with the help of american contractors indemnity company transfered the owner ship of cars and reality property and hid them in shell corporations such as southwestern development corp. to prevent returning said property after the bond had been exonerated. Due to the statute of limitations many people lose out due to the way he avoids service of papers tell time runs out for the plainteff.

I know there are hundreds of people out there who have lost homes, cars, cash not to mention there self respect to this man , But with a class action WE THE PEOPLE can run him down and at least regain our self respect knowing we hurt him were he hurt us. IN THE POCKET BOOK
