Case Details:
Old National Bank has taken thousands of dollars from me in overdraft charges even when I have money deposited to cover the overdrafts at the exact same times every month. Even if I have a deposit and a overdraft the exact same day they still charge me the fee. For example: Say I had 50 dollars in my account. I had a 60 dollar transaction and five 4 dollar transactions. They will process the 60 dollar transaction first, then process all the 4 dollar transactions so they can get the max amount of $35 overdraft charge against me for each transaction. Even when the 60 dollar transaction was the most recent. There is no excuse for not balancing your check book correctly. So some charges are appropriate, I admit that. But it is an obvious attempt to steal more money from the account holder. This is so frustrating. Does it really cost them $35 to cover a 4 dollar transaction.

Our branch manager cannot tell us why it is happening and no one can even see the transactions until after the fees have been accrued. It is devistating your business and affecting us to the point that we cannot use our account due to the fear of receiving more NSF fees. I have contacted http://www.price-law.com/ about this and would like to build a class action against this bank. The manager at the Fishers branch on 116th street is emotionless and has no concern about the customers he is hurting. He also put a 7 day hold on a corporate check from a highly recognized corporation because he felt the funds were uncollectable. He did not even honor the customary $100 dollars. We have money in the account but continue to accue NSF Fees. Old National Bank needs to be put on trial for fraud and theft. If anyone else is having these issues contact the attorney link above.

Without any notification Old National changed their policies and all of the sudden I'm getting hit with overdraft fee after overdraft fee when I have money in the bank. I can't catch back up. They hold my debit transactions for a week sometimes two and then hit me with 10 overdraft fees. It ridiculous!
