Land Rover Discovery Breather Tube Transmission Problem
SPREAD THE WORD

      | 398 |      LEAD PLAINTIFF: rzwilde      Case Filed: 2010-02-05
Case Summary:
The breather tube allows water into the transmission from condensation drops from AC. The water contaminates the trans fluid causing the transmission to need replacement = $5000. Car has only 45,000 miles and extended warranty that was suggested by the dealership does not cover and Land Rover will not pay for the repair. Same problem recalled on Range Rovers and Safety Bulletins posted at Land Rover for models up to 2002. VIN of our car not included, so they refuse to take responsibility. Seems like they have a lot of these issues with their customers.

Case Detail:
Land Rover should be looked at for Class Action suits for various models and problems and should be brought to justice for unethical business practice and consumer fraud in their sales and service areas.

PLEASE HELP!!
