PARK COMMUNITY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION UNFAIR BANKING PRACTICES

      | 472 |      LEAD PLAINTIFF: MSVIKKI07      Case Filed: 2011-02-08
Case Summary:
My credit union has been charging me with overdraft fees on an account that doesn't start out in the negative. I asked them to look into it and they tell me they are justified with charging the fees because the online banking is different than the internal banking system that some how shows my account to be in the negative. The most they have done is give me back two "courtesy fees for charges under $10", but I don;t feel they should be able to charge fees when they have two different systems showing two different things. I feel I have been charged a substantial amount of fees and I should not have been.

Case Detail:
Park Federal Community Credit Union should be reimbursing me for my fees that where not warranted on my account and they need to set up their systems Internal vs Online to match so it won't be misleading to individuals when they call and make reference to their account. I have copies of my bank records for only 18 months, but I have been with PFCCU since 1996.
