We purchased a 2005 Truck in 2008. Our loan matures in 8/2015. We are being told that we have to pay and additional 5000.00 before the truck is paid off even though we will have paid the fully 72 months on the loan. Please help!!

they have called me countless times in the past 6 years when i was late on my payments. theynalso cannot provide me with a contract directly:-)from then and told me that citibank financial was the original contract hot them and that they serviced their accounts even though they do not have a contract directly with me that they could send me. they also stated that whenever i was late that a 7.50 late fee was being assessed to my account per day, and that itbis now down to 4.50 per day each time i was late. inwas never made aware of this. this is fraud and i am in need of assistance.

They constantly call 15 times a day and call people who they have obtained phone numbers for and harassed them also. My husband and I have real big fights because they call his phone 15 times daily and he is not listed on my loan. No matter how much I send I can not see a difference in this loan. I am just about ready to give the vehicle to them. It is totally ridiculous that you pay so much money and still your loan is not moving. Make you feel like giving up and giving the vehicle back.

I'll be paying $45,000 on a 2007 ford focus because these lowlifes won;t apply my extra payments to the principal unless i hand deliver that shit to their manager in person first thing monday morning it seems like. Everytime i call, their story changes on how i make prinipal payments, and if you try and defend your ground they hang up without even hearing you out... management staff included. It just happened to me five minutes ago.

I received a letter from you SAYING you wanted to help me with my delinquent account. At the time of the letter I was 40 days behind (according to your records)! I sent you an online inquiry asking for your help! You denied that you received it. I left a telephone number in the inquiry. YOU called and every time you did, I answered. But, you AUTOMATICALLY hung up the fucking phone! THE PHONE AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECTED!! NO INTRODUCTION, NO VOICE ON THE OTHER END.
N-O-T-H-I-N-G!!! WTF!!! When that happened on every single occasion that you called me, I knew you were a bunch of racheteering **. Then you put up some idiot named Hugo Rodriquez to send me an email on December 13, 2012 saying, “Our records indicate that you have recently contacted Santander Consumer USA through our website. Unfortunately, we experienced technical issues that prevented us from receiving your inquiry in a timely manner!!!! This is ** bullshit and you know it.

When you CLAIMED that you wanted to help me, you had some non-English speaking, foreign ** call me on the phone who couldn’t understand English and didn’t know what the proper policy and procedures for you shady ass company were. The VERY first time I needed to reschedule a payment, you offered to put it on the back end. This foreign ** couldn’t tell me if I was going to be charged interest for the life of the loan, so I refused this service. Then her foreign, non-English speaking ** KEPT CALLING OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER TRYING TO GET ME TO AGREE TO SOME BULLSHIT THAT SHE DIDN’T EVEN KNOW ABOUT. When I finally got a hold of her, she STILL couldn’t fully explain what the ** she was talking about. When I kept asking questions to BE SURE that SHE knew what she was talking about, she kept putting me on hold. ** was that about?!!!! On two occasions, I heard her tell someone I just put her on hold for a couple of minutes. Then they laughed!!!! I have made 46 payments on a vehicle which originally was signed with citifinancial auto. Now a place that took over Santander has repeatedly called and harrassed my family, friends, and employers. They also told me my pay-off balance was 15,000 dollars after making 46 payments of 439.85. How can this be and they refuse to send an itemized payment history and a copy of my original contract. I need help immediatley.

I was deployed to Afghanistan as a reservist and became behind on my car payments during that time Santander called my regular place of business which is the Honolulu Police Department and my mother. The police dept informed them MANY times I cannot be contacted at that number and to stop calling. They discussed my situation with the division secretary and asked her if a white Hummer was in the back parking lot etc., they called my mom and called her a liar and was rude, they called my friends constantly all of which was told to stop calling. My HPD LT informed me that this company is encroaching on harassment. Everyday they continue to call and they have called my phone as early as 0430 hours.

Calls people I know and threatens them With legal actions calls up to 50 times a day from different numbers has made me go over my phone minutes from filling up my voice mail every time I clear it they will call every 2 minutes until my voice mail is full they have called my parents and told them I'm in grave and life threatening danger just to harass me its really bad my father has heart problems and they've made him have 2 relapses from the stress and non stop calls even at 3 am please help
