Case Summary:
I have been having this on going issue with Medco ever since one of my medications was able to offer generics. The generic does NOT work for me and my Dr. has stated that there are to be no substitutions, however every time it comes to my refills they have to contact my Dr. I check on line to make sure that it says no substitutions. It was that wat Friday, however today, it does not say that and I am in possession of the generic brand of the medicine. I called Medco and they ARE insisting that my Dr. never specified. I told them to review my history, which they refuse to do saying that on this refill my Dr. said that I could have the generic. I have spoke with my Dr. before and he HATES generics because in his opinion they don't work. It takes me two weeks or longer to get my medicine most times. The last time I went through this crap, I received a call from Medco stating that my prescription was good until 2099. They do this because it saves them money, they don't care if blood vessels burst in my brain and I die leaving my daughter alone in the world.

Case Detail:
Medco is a money hungry greedy corporation that cares not if people drop dead. They changed my blood pressure medicine too and refused to take back the generic form of the medicine they sent me.
