Case Summary: I have four websites with good traffic to each site. The sites have been up for seven months and all have Amazon A-stores on them. With over two hundred thousand unique visitors to the sites, Amazon is claiming that I had no sales during this time frame. None. This is a statistical improbability of the highest order. I have repeatedly contacted Amazon and they have insisted that they find no technical issues that would account for this. Further, they have mingled my personal and business accounts and have refused to separate them again. It seems very clear that Amazon is defrauding me and is very likely defrauding other affiliates. I Case Detail: I would like to form a class action suit against Amazon for deliberately defrauding affiliates by claiming there were no sales on the affiliate sites. |
