Case Summary:
eBay has been gradually applying new rules to the seller through out the years. Never applying regulations as a buyer, feed back or dsr ratings as a buyer. eBay recently decided to close my account due to I am a risk to them, despite having an improved track record as a seller. eBay has also created errors in which I found on my account and they refuse to adjust and review my account. There words, "only by an act of god will the review.". They also state, good luck as a business selling else where, let this be a learning lesson for selling else where.

Case Detail:
I would like to see a class action suit on eBay for unfairly imposing new rules and regulations as a seller and not providing enough rules on the buyer to continue on destroying the sellers reputation. eBay has been favoring the large corporations that sell on there site to slowly eliminate the smaller LLC's. I also feel there decision was made unfairly on my account as well as others.
