I worked for a company for four years. The job was very stressful which caused depression, anxiety, panic attacks and alcohol abuse. I had to take off work for 9 months to a year. I was hospitalized and admitted to a mental institution. I was diagnosed with PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder and Bipolar. When I returned to work with this sickness I was told I needed to find other employment. I was sent home because the job assumed I was still sick after my doctor approved me to go back to work under restrictions. Later I was given the option to resign or get terminated due to my illness.
