Case Summary:
I am looking for assistance for drawing up the paperwork for a Pro Se Qui Tam litigation on behalf of a Class under Federal Civil Rico representing myself as prosecutor under Federal Civil Rico guidelines. Being that it is Pro se I do not have the skills to draw up the legal documents and file with a civil cover sheet to federal district court by mail. The class will be anyone that was victim of fraudulent business practices concerning ticket sales by a state run airline. Of which also I am a claimant.
