The daily assault on African-Americans by Fox News Corp., Rupert Murdoch, and Roger Aiiles has caused myself and the entire African-American population considerable harm.

Fox News has an ongoing 24 hour per day campaign against African Americans. The network manufactures anti-African-American stories to include: The daily character assault on Pres. Barack Obama, the NAACP, ACORN, The New Black Panther Party, and the Shirley Sherrod case clearly demonstrate a pattern of hateful behavior against African-Americans.

The network consistently criminalizes African-Americans with its round the clock use of unflattering African-American images. Their news chiron dramatically emphasizes the supposed racial prejudice of African-Americans in order to equivocate it with centuries of white racism against African-Americans.
