I signed up for ITT's drafting and design courses about 3 years ago. I was lead to believe that ITT offered an architectural program and a mechanical engineering program, both of which the credits would be transferable to Drexel University. My first classes involved hand drafting which nobody has done since the 1980's, outdated info and worthless training. The mechanical engineering program is a single class, not a degree program, where I was told that I would not need to know about designing gears and other things. My credits which were supposed to be transferable to Drexel University are not. The admission person I spoke to at Drexel laughed when I asked stating, "Those credit are not transferable, they pass everyone there." Not even my math, physics, or writing classes counted, I would have to do all of those again. The career services guy who was using his "large pool of contacts" to find me an interview, was really just reading the classifieds out of the newspaper, off craigslist, and other job websites. A few of these jobs had nothing to do with my field. I don't know if anyone in my classes found work in there field. The people in the financial aid office were rude and not helpful at all. You could not get a straight answer from any of them about how much this would cost me. I feel as if I had been lied and sold a poor quality product, but unlike an automobile there is no lemon to protect me. ITT did not hold up it's end of the deal, that being; providing a quality education, real world experience, and quality employment in my field of study. Why should I pay for something I did not get. I went to ITT Bensalem Pa.

After graduating I eagerly waited for the promised interviews and assistance from ITT in job placement. I never heard from them again, accept to threaten me when I was late on a loan payment several years later. I have paid off and on over the years but never was able to keep up with the loan, I was readily given deferments but again could never keep up. Now 23 years later I owe $40,000 despite paying thousands over the years. ITT sold me and thousands of others on promises of interviews and assistance finding high paying jobs. Onc graduated we never hear from them again. I do not ask for or expect any money returned to me. I just want ITT to take this burden off my shoulders.

I have damages from the harassment and threat from the lenders that provided the loans. The lenders are "Chase and Sallie Mae", both are deceptive, and predatory. ITT also promised me a high paying career after graduation, My Inter viewer was "Judy Bates" I graduated in September of 2009 at Omaha, NE campus. ITT is very much useless as a technical school.

I am almost a year into going to ITT Tech. I can not change schools because my credits will not transfer over to another school. After reading all of these horror stories I am mad. I do not want to graduate from this school and not be able to get a job. I am already mad about the fact that if I want to continue my education at a diffrent school I have to start all over.

Since my father was the SST for the ITT Technical Institute in Johnson City, Tn when i turned in a teacher for giving answers away on a final exam and giving grades away for the entire year the dean and director of the school kathy kneeland and Amy Sinclaire Told me they would not tell where this information came from. The second i left their office they called the other students in there and told them i told the remainder of my time there i was bullied and could barely do my class work. They treated me and my father like crap and i felt i had no dean or director even though i was still a student. After my father brung this to the attention of some managers in the company the Dean and FA Emily Rose pulled me and the other students in a conference room where they all called me a lier and screamed at me for telling on the unethical behavior of their instructors. The dean also allowed a teacher by the name of Mr. Sprinfield to remain teaching as well as Gordon bellamy sfter they were caught giving grades away.

I went to the one in LR Arkansas they said that my credits might not transfer. But, once I graduate I could make at least $60,000 dollars working as a probation officer etc. Here in Arkansas after I graduated they gave me print outs of jobs to apply for. Then when I applied I got rejected from ALL the jobs I would apply for I applied like at 45 different jobs. Then, gave up and I got a job on my own with the NLRSD as a Paraprofessional which only pays like $8.00 an hr. And I can't pay back my loans now that owe like $70,000. Come to find out everyone I graduated with are going thru the same thing. And now I had to file bankruptcy which will only keep the loan people off my back for five years. ITT Tech needs to pay for what they are putting students thru they target the low income. And half the people that graduate don't deserve there degree they tell the instructs to give A's just so they can keep getting the money from the federal government they need to be shut down. And they need to pay back everyone's loans.

I have been lied too and stole from from ITT Tech here. From not even using books in class and still passing with " A" in both classes. Now they dream up some imaginary number that I owe them cause I quit going there. I have talked to everyone there and in corporate at ITT and still get nothing but the run around. I am so fed up with them and I wish to be a part of the lawsuit !

ITT Made promises of a great education and future employment with thousands of Companies that are partnered with and eager to hire ITT graduates. They spit a good game but it turned out to be nothing but smoke out their bottom side. After I graduated And sending out my resume to employers I learned that the majority if not all private sector jobs do not recognize a diploma form ITT Tech to be legitimate. I was once told by a company that I just paid for my degree. Working in small IT shops requiring no college level credentials and taking certification courses at my local community college are the credentials that have helped me get to where I am today. Not Only that when I enrolled at ITT I was told by the recruiter that if I decided to attend a different college that my general education classes (math, English, economics, etc.) WOULD transfer and specialty technical classes would not. That was a lie as well. The local regionally-accredited college could not accept ANY of my ITT credits. I am essentially starting over from scratch to earn a REAL degree. If there is a Lawyer out there somewhere that can help me erase the huge mistake... Please contact me.

I started going to this school in 2006. I was manipulated that they will help me find a career and the loans will be no big deal like I thought. Not until my first year, I found out that I need all types of certificates, and experience to find a career. They never told me that I would need certificates or work experience when signing loan papers. Career services kept sending out an outdated resume-wrong phone numbers-was the biggest deal along with out dated information on what I was able to get for side jobs on my own. Without their help. There are many people at my campus that is angry and felt misguided by all of the faculty.

When I was interviewed at ITT Tech in Troy, MI. I was interested in a robotics field. I was told that I could get my pre requisite classes there and transfer to Lawrence Tech. Well after a bunch of problems with the office staff such as losing my information. Messing up my grades, social security information. After leaving and completing 1.5 years of classes. I went to Macomb Community College and brought my transcripe from ITT to take care of my math and English classes. But after a little laugh from the councillor I was told none of those classes count in Macomb Community College. So the fraud of my complaint is how could I transfer to a university but not to a community college. So I wasted 1.5 years and thousands of dollars for credits which means nothing to no one.

I am an instructor at an ITT Tech. I have to wonder, Do you have any idea what this organization is doing to its students? They have informed us, “off the record” that everyone is to pass. Student that I have that have worked their butts off are getting their degrees discounted by people that should be working at McDonalds. They tell us we must maintain a success ratio of 88 percent including students that drop. I think $80,000 dollars is a lot of money. Most people agree! When these students graduate nobody wants to hire them, Why? Because some loser that I was forced to pass got an interview first and ruined it for the ones that worked their tail off.
I don’t know if you are the correct group to get this email but because our student success is the problem. This is where I am starting. Somebody needs to deal with this practice because the tax payers are footing the bill when these loans go unpaid. I HOPE YOU TAKE YOUR RESPONIBILITY TO OUR COUNTRY AS SERIOUSLY AS I TAKE MINE.
THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT HAS TO BE ADDRESSED NOW. WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND IT!

Originally, I was looking for a school that offered an architectural program to get my degree in architecture. I already am a drafter and have done construction my whole life ranging from carpentry to electrical. I was debating between ITT Tech and the University of Washington, but ITT promised me that they offered a certified architectural program with transferable credits.
After 9 months in the course I was informed by a teacher, not ITT Tech, that they do not have any sort of architectural program and I was in fact only enrolled in a drafting program for schooling and education which I already possess. At that point I asked ITT about it and they said "well you already signed the papers, too bad", so I voluntarily quit the school.
If all this wasn't enough, they continued collecting money from the federal government for over 6 months AFTER I left the school on my student loans, with no notification to me, or to the government that I was no longer attending. This is to the amount of over 10,000 they stole from me for a school I wasn't even attending anymore.
Now this has not only ruined my credit, but the federal government is docking my paydays as a private vendor working with my brother who is a veteran and has 100% service connected traumatic brain damage. If this continues I won't be able to keep his care going and thereby ITT Tech is hurting a veteran. Not only did they lie and stole from me but now they are putting a veterans care at risk.

I signed up for ITT Tech when I was divorcing in order to earn more income to support myself and my child as a single mother. I was told that the training was predominately "hands on", that I needed NO previous training or experience in the technical field in order to successfully complete the program, be proficient in my field and obtain employment. I was also told that my class schedule would NOT change. There were VERY FEW "hands on" experiences and even then, not enough equipment to work independently. The only people in the classes who had a clear understanding of how to actually "act on" what we read in books were a few guys in the classes who had extensive technical knowledge and experience upon entering the program. The rest of us were lost. I was earning straight A's simply because I had the ability to read the text and repeat it on paper. I hung in for a while, working full time, hoping things would change. Then out of nowhere they change my class schedule. My custody agreement had already been arranged and set in stone because I was promised that my schedule would NOT change. When I went to speak to administration about the lack of hands on training and the schedule change I was told there was NOTHING that could be done, my grades were good enough to maybe coast through even if I'd have to start missing classes, and there was no way to have my student loans refunded so it was best for me to just finish so I'd at least have the certificate despite the lack of knowledge and confidence I'd have to actually ever use it! - Needless to say, I had to drop out and find various "side hustles" (bail bonding, real estate) to try to supplement my income and provide for myself and my child. - I now owe about $10k in loans which interest and fees keep accruing on because I can never make the payments. What makes it even worse is that I have NOTHING to show for it! - ITT Tech is a SCAM and should be shut down!

Itt tech is not a school it is a company set up to rob people through loans and grants. The recruiters are not there to help you they are there to sale you a product based on lies. they answer all your questions with only the answers you want to hear. Math was my biggest concern i was told that it is only basic math for the program i selected. Basic math to me is add, subtract, multiply and divide. Its far from that and the pace is to fast for most people. i just feel like i was misled and taken advantage of. now I'm stuck paying loans that i didn't even know i was getting at interest rates that are criminal. i hope this law suite takes place. all i want is for my loans to be forgiven and see that ITT stops their practice of robbing people.

During my sixth quarter at ITT-Tech I was mailed two loan agreements. These agreements stated that I was receiving a $15,000 and $3,000 loans through a Credit union in another state. It was also stated these loans where 11.5% flexible to 25% interest meaning these two loans will coast me anywhere
from $40,000 to $60,000. I at first thought this was a mistake they couldn't possibly be charging me that [on top of the $40,000 in federal loans. Oh but they where and when i began calling financial aid to see what could be done there was no response. I only had two days to cancel this loan according to the documentation i was mailed. With no return phone calls and being short on time I went right to school to try fix this problem, when i arrived at Itt the secretary at the desk called back to financial aid in there locked hallway and said someone we be right with me. Financial aid had already known of my problem at this time from my many pone calls. I waited two hours and several calls from the secretary to financial aid when i finally just held the door open after a person was leaving work for the day . when entering the financial office I seen several ad visors chatting I asked if they Knew i was waiting on them they replied yes, so annoyed as i was at this point i asked a bout the loan and they said there hands where tied, I would have to come up with $18,000 or find a new school. So i took there advice and started my search for a new school to attend and thought I would just transfer my credits like the "saleswomen" who enrolled claimed i would be able to do, ha fat chance no other school excepts there credits. So now I'm just $40,000 in the hole with about 80 worthless credits and a 3.4GPA. I will gladly give them back there credits to extinguish my debt.

Case Details:
I attended ITT from November 1992 to November 1993 in Phoenix, AZ (At the time time, this was the ONLY ITT in Phoenix...now, apparently, there are 4). Course was titled "Electronics and Computer Engineering". I went to the Tucson campus to take the "tour", take the "entrance exam", and to sign my name "on the dotted line" (apparently it was in my own blood).
The entrance exam was a joke, the campus looked like it should have, I suppose...when it came to the contracts, like so many other posters here, I was told that "97% of IIT Tech grads are placed in jobs in their field of study" and that starting salary in the field that I chose was "$60,000.00 to $100,000.00". I remember asking about repayment & was basically told that I would be making "more than enough" to make my payments and that the payments would be "around $86.00 a month".
OK...I thought...sounds like a plan to me...so I signed that damn promissory note...ITT Tech now has a little over 12 grand & here I am on my way to my bright future...
Fast forward 6 months...I relocate to Phoenix (from Deming, NM) & get a job at 7-11 working until midnight so I can go to school (this 7-11 is right across the street from the ITT campus BTW).
First day of classes...we are told that this will be an "experimental course"...they have taken the usual 2-year Associate course and will be "condensing the course" down to 1 year. Everyone thought this would be awesome! (yeah, right)
The first quarter was very basic...same stuff I got from library books back home in NM. The second quarter had some hands-on...we built an Archcraft radio kit (you know, the one where you pound nails into the schematic glued to a board & solder everything together...turned out to be the only "useful" thing I got out of this whole mess) and played around with CB radios. Wow...what a rush that was! The third quarter was a joke..."here guys...today we're going to program this little robotic arm to play with legos!" The fourth quarter was the worst of all...the instructor would lock the classroom door at precisely 7:00 am...if you weren't in that room at 6:59, you were S.O.L. until first break at 9:00 (even though you paid to be there...go figure). New books were sold to us...the instructor asked "Do you guys want to use these textbooks? Well, I don't!" (I still have the unused textbooks...about 650 bucks worth of 'em).
To sum it up, I fell for the marketing hype, signed the loan papers, & attended the classes. Graduated even! What do I have to show for this 18 years later? A "graduation" picture and a debt that just keeps getting bigger and bigger...did I mention that I have no diploma? Oh yeah, that would have cost me another 80 bucks to have it printed! B.S.
Graduate placement? Another line of B.S. there...they sent to a place that made computer cables. Part-time job at minimum wage ($3.85 back then I think). No way I could pay a studen loan back on that, much less rent...or food... Next, I was sent by ITT grad placement to a temporary agency...A TEMP AGENCY!!! I went there & got a job working for First Interstate Bank of AZ in their supply warehouse...loading up boxes of stuff for the bank branches. I worked there for about 6 months then moved back to NM. Ruined my life when I signed that stupid paper...
I haven't made any payments on the loan. (What??) No. Not one since "graduating" in November 1993. There are always 2 parties in a transaction, correct? I signed a piece of paper stating that I would pay back a loan made to ITT Tech on my behalf and in return, they (ITT) would provide me with the "education" (product) I was seeking. Since they have yet to make good on their end of the agreement, I feel no obligation whatsoever to pay anything. I was sold a bill of goods by the placement director in Tucson. I have spoken to numerous attorneys in the past few years and it always seems to end the same way...unless I can get the DOE to "forgive" the loan, I'm stuck with it...OR...I should get involved in a class-action suit against ITT Tech. Here I am, looking to do just that.
Hang on, the phone's ringing...never mind...just another bill collector wanting me to pay for that stupid student loan again :-) Looks like I need to call Pre-Paid Legal again...

I dropped out of ITT during the summer. I took the online classes, thinking that online schooling would be convenient for me, seeing as to how I didn't have a car or way to campus. I am near $20,000 in debt, stuck paying a bill I shouldn't have, and probably have been hit with more student loans at the start of the semester. Why? Because the financial aid department did not even file my paperwork necessary for me to receive Federal Pell, and my student loans didn't cover all of my expenses. Also, they lied to me about my bills preventing me from being able to go to a new school. Emotional stress, completely milked dry of pennies, and stuck paying a high bill I should not be held accountable for; I'd like all of it back.

I was a ITT Tech student from 2002- 2004 and sadly did not finish. I still have 11 weeks to finish my degree in drafting and design. Life circumstances, car broke down, lost my drivers liscence, and had absolutley no family at the time who could help me to finish.
When I signed up for ITT, My Step Grandmother Cindy, who is an ex loan officer for Bank of America, was even convinced that my grand total for 18 months in this program was to be $18,000. I was also led to believe that my credits were in fact transferable, and was not made aware of any paperwork or it's contents that I signed each semister, and was being rushed to sign the documents, I believe that it was my quarterly payments being made to the school. I have never been able to afford my loans, they have gone to default, I cannot go back to school, a real school at that, which has seemingly ruined my life, All I want is a second chance to earn a degree, and make something of my life, I feel ITT Tech has ruined my chance at ever succeeding in life.

Well due to financial aid overlooking my files and making mistake after mistake they prevented the va from paying me for months. i was left homeless twice i am back up on bills. When i notified of this error they said they would help and they never ever contacted me to do so. Im in financial crisis as we speak because they couldn't do their job right in making sure all their students files and financial coverage was accurate and up to date. not to mention the lack of professionalism.

The kicker is they have garnished my wages starting Sept. of this year, taking an average of $800-$1000 a month. If you can help, please contact me

Started September of 07, ended September 09. After the recruiter said I would be working for 1 of over 100 companies, that I would make at minimum $50,000 a year salary with them, and that 98% of there students make this job market. What I got was Fed ex and telemarketing offers. My experiance during ITT tech was a joke in any educational standpoint. I had about 10 teachers during my visit at ITT TECH. 4 of them were very good, 3 of the 4 were terminated during the classes I had them in. the other 6 were a joke, always handing out packets of work and doing nothing, or in one case talking 95% of the time in class telling us not to do anything while he is lecture and we would have 10 minutes to do a 2 hour lab that can only be done in class.
I am in a graduating class of 13 students in the Computer networking program. only one student is currently employed, and he is at starbucks. I have called and shown up many times to there career services. At which they hand me fliers for Fed Ex, UPS, Telvista telemarketing, Sales, and other minimum wage slave labor jobs. And they pester my father for the student loans. If I had gone to a community college I would have taken the CNS program with TRANSFERABLE CREDITS.
I sent a letter to the main headquarters and recieved a call a few days later apologizing for the services. They asked me to talk to there career services again, I agreed and she said that her agent would give me a call that same day. Well two days roll by and I receive an E-mail saying that "tel vista is hiring" ... thats all.
This school needs to pay for my losses in the financial standpoint. Even if I had kept my grocery job before going to college I would have made $40,000 for the two years I went to school rather than pay 40k.

Graduated in 2nd networking class offered @ itt. was told 98% of grads go on to work in their field of study. was told about the extensive job placement program they have. Zero, no one in my class (that I'm aware of) went on to a career in networking. Maybe they just didn't know how to teach networking yet, as when I enrolled no one had yet graduated from their networking course (as I stated, I was in the 2nd networking class offered). I was never made aware during the recruiting process (i.e., they made sure I had no doubt that I WOULD, if I graduated, be a network administrator since there was extreme demand at the time for the title (BullS_it), until well after signing a MPN) of this. I, as well as every other person in my class was taken advantage of.
Aren't there laws to protect the consumer (thats what students are @ itt, customers buying a product, as anyone will attest to that has worked for the company. Also, instructors have percentages they must, or are strongly encouraged to meet. Percentages of what? THEY ARE SELLING A PRODUCT, NOT OFFERING AN EDUCATION. They are responsible only to shareholders) from bad products? Like lemon laws? This is technically about consumer rights.
If a salesperson at Sears tells you that a particular product or service will preform a particular way, and in reality, it clearly does not, are you not protected by laws, and able to get a refund on the product or service that you purchased?

I graduated from ITT Tech in Richardson Tx in 2006 from the school of multimedia, which no long exist there. At the time i graduated they did not offer bachelors programs but a new sign says they do now. They did promise jobs, set up mock interviews on campuss and we mad our porfolios and websites for such. After graduation I worked with one specific job counelor (bless her) who tried to find me something in my field, and helped me by looking at my work and putting together a list of places to seek employment that I was already hitting anyway. The only job I got from them was a cheap sign shop that was posted on craigslist and already had one my classmates working there. He was gonna quit because pay was low and the guy running the shop was aparently about to be sued too. I took it because I figured we gotta start somewhere and figured the experience would pay off. It only last 3months before I had to quit workin for such a guy, who really wasnt such a legit business man. I have kept in touch with many of my classmates from ITT and NONE of them have a career in graphic design as promised from ITT or even close. My best friend from there sells insurance. I have found nothing in that career choice that I qualify for, since ITT left out 3-4 major programs a graphic designer should know. I was in a hurry to graduate and get a new career then because my son had just been born and i was a newley wed. Now im $40,000 in debt for a 2yr education that didnt teach us much to help and in fact MOST of the FRESH highschool students were already up to speed on many of the programs already. I learned more from them than the teachers. Sallie mae is now thretening to take money out my check, good luck, i have not seen a job in 3 out of the 4yrs since my graduation other than a seasonal job that last 4-5 months and thats not payin a debt like that.

Case Details:
I could not make up my mind if I should go to ITT or a Community College but I wanted to go for my Associates then Bachelors. I met with an ITT counselor who put on the old trusty Salesman hat and began telling me about all of the positives of attending ITT and all the negatives of attending a Community college. The ability to obtain a Bachelors degree was the most important thing to me and ITT only offered an Associates at that time. The counselor told me that ITT had converted several associates programs over to bachelors programs and that mine was in the works and scheduled for completion by the end of my first year. They also told me that some of the degree programs would transfer to University of Houston and mine would as well. I bit, hook, line, and sinker. I enrolled and when my first year was complete there was no bachelors program. A faculty member told me that there would be no Bachelors program developed for my degree program so I met with the Counselor. I wanted to quit the school since I was only a year in but the Counselor convinced me that it was in the works and that it would be available to me by the time I graduated. So comes graduation, no Bachelors degree program in sight and best of all, when I tried to enroll at University of Houston they didn’t accept my ITT credits! I kept tabs for about a year after graduating and they still had not developed the program as promised. The only reason I went to ITT was to get the Bachelors and they lied to get me in. Had they been honest upfront I would have never gone to ITT. Had they been honest at the end of my first year, I wouldn’t have owed $15,000 in loans. Had they been honest at all I wouldn't have $30,000 in loans I cannot pay. There were other problems as well, such as; training us on severely outdated systems and not receiving return phone calls from Career service when trying to find a job. So here I am, struggling to make ends meet, not being able to pay enough on the loans to overtake the penalties and interest, bad credit, years of stress and anguish so something needs to happen. I wish I could just give them the dang degree back as if it never happened and they wipe that debt clean. All of this mess has impacted the quality of life for me and my family and I would absolutely love nothing more than to get a divorce from Sallie Mae. Please Help!!!

Just as others have stated, I am locked into a school where credits do not transfer and no job finding help.
ITT basically allowed me to switch from a multi-media 2yr degree to another program for 2 yrs just to get the student count up to start the program, It's the ISS program. I have no prep for these classes and in the end I will be 84k deep in dept.
We started with 19 kids in the program, now we have 2 and they are making one kid take a quarter off so they can pay for me to take 2 classes to "better" prepare me for the next 15 months of classes.
Obviously it is to make us 2 students fall back into another set of kids so they don't have to pay instructors to teach 2 people.
There is so much more, but I am on board with a lawsuit against them anyday!
Contact me and I'll help any way I can!

my husband attended in early 2006 and i later enrolled in 2006 with promises of a good paying job. but that was far from the truth. I graduated in december of 2008 and we have not found one job in our field. when going on interviews we have been told that basically my degree was no good. I cant find a job to pay back the loans my credits dont transfer so if now that i am trying to attend another school I have to start over and thats not fair. I wasnt told about the new loan process that they enrolled me in and i was to start payment while i was still in school. i feel that I TT Tech is doing people wrong who are tryn to good inthere life but are only being set back by all the trouble that they have caused us to go through.

ITT Financially ruined me I have no way to pay back all these loans I have from them. I was never told I was taking out private loans they said everything was a Federal backed loan. The career center said whenever I needed help finding a job to let them know well I was out of work for a year and a half I called them several times they said we are only dealing with soon to be graduates? The grades there is a joke everyone got an A even people who did not show up received an A? How is that possible?

Every single one of my Computer networking classmates that I have corresponded with (and I'm sure most of the others) feel robbed, violated and cheated for two waisted years, and about THIRTY THOUSAND other reasons, by this scam of a school, and deserve every penny back that they paid this extremely crooked organization.
The instructors frequently gave us copies of mid-terms & finals
a week or so prior to the tests to inflate scores. Another practice that happened consistently
was averaging everyone's test scores, then determining what percentage to add to everyone's scores in order for the class average to be at or above a particular target average. There were students that would
consistently have grades on tests of 125%-135% after the instructor
added 20 to 40 percent to everyone's grades.
If a school has to do this, obviously there is a problem w / the
school, curriculum, instructors...and we suffered because of it. Most
people graduated w / a 3.0 or higher in COMPUTER NETWORKING, yet could not network two computers after graduating. needless to say, no one got a job in the networking field (other than the ones that already
had jobs in the field prior to enrolling), despite the recruiters
tales of 98% of ITT grads going on to have carriers in their fields of
study.
I could go on and on and on.
I am very serious abut this, if I am contacted by an attorney, I will
gladly offer all the information that I have, as well as a contact
list of other ITT graduates who feel the same as I do and would gladly
participate in any action against ITT.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

I was told nothing of credits not transfering other than to other itt. i feel my grades were givin to me somwhat with little work . I have gotten little to no assistacnce in finding a job when i was told they do help. I had one of the programs I learned stripped from the school before i could use it on my final project and when i tried to get a number to call and make a complaint i was told i had to deal with my dean administrator and program chair which when i met with them they ganged up on me and told me i would have to learn the new program from the cdd program on my own with no book. basicly sit in on some classes and get no help from the instructor.

I had signed up for ITT online a through their carmel Indiana location for computer forensics. I had finally hit my computer class and went the whole course with ITT's curriculum focused on 2 windows operating systems that were 10-12 years (2000 and 98) old and 3-4 releases old and the instructor admitted to ITT knowing the curriculum was old yet they still enrolled me and sent me through financial to get their money not caring if we got updated curriculum or not. Also i was granted more money in loans than needed but they all had to be touched to cover my classes and the remaining amount never made it to me
